After working with a local agent, Bryan and Stephanie realized that there was also a market for market ready services. They added it to their offerings and Studio 12 became a company like no other, offering multiple home selling essential services under one roof with the ability to literally prepare a home for sale from the start up to referring a home seller to an agent.
